We want you to be happy with Blog Fairy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for Blog Fairy. To request a refund you can either:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Email us at support@blog-fairy.com and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds for renewal charges are handled in line with the 30-day window above and Paddle's refund policy.
