how it works ✨

From topic to published post

Blog Fairy gives you two ways to publish to your WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify site (more coming soon): write a one-off post on demand, or schedule a whole batch in advance. Here's how each works.

First-time setup

Connect your WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify site once — WordPress/WooCommerce uses a site URL, username, and Application Password (optionally enable AIOSEO so meta titles, descriptions and tags flow through automatically); Shopify uses a custom app access token with native SEO fields. Then set your default writing instructions, AI model and tone in Settings — every post you generate inherits them.

Optional images

Tick "Include images from sources" on either flow and Blog Fairy will embed 1–4 images pulled from the same web pages used as factual sources. Each image is captioned with the source name only — no link is added.

One-off posts

Perfect when inspiration strikes or you need a single article on a specific topic.

  1. 1

    Open the Generate page

From your dashboard, head to Generate. Your saved writing style and connected site (WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify) are already loaded.

  2. 2

    Enter your topic

Type a topic, working title or short brief — one sentence is enough. Optionally tweak the meta title, categories and tags for this post.

  3. 3

    Choose your options

Pick a model, decide whether to include source-backed images, and choose Publish or Save as draft.

  4. 4

    Hit Generate & publish

Blog Fairy writes a fully formatted, 1,000+ word article with headings, an excerpt and SEO meta, then pushes it straight to your WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify site. You'll get a link to the live post within a minute or two.

Each post counts as one against your monthly allowance.

Scheduled posts

Plan a week, a month or a whole content calendar in one go and let Blog Fairy publish on your cadence.

  1. 1

    Open the Schedule page

Go to Schedule from your dashboard. You can either add topics one by one or import a CSV with your full plan.

  2. 2

    Upload your topics

Drop in a CSV with columns for topic, scheduled date/time, optional meta title, categories and tags. Each row becomes one queued post.

  3. 3

    Set your cadence & defaults

Choose a posting frequency (daily, weekdays, weekly), the time of day, and your timezone. Toggle 'Include images from sources' once to apply to every row.

  4. 4

    Sit back

Blog Fairy runs your queue automatically — generating each post just before its slot, publishing to your WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify site, and showing you the status, success rate and any failures from your dashboard.

Edit, pause or remove any queued post any time before it runs.
